Oil/air separator is the chief component of air compressor and can definitively influence the operational performance and ventilation quality of the air compressor. It is suggested to replace the oil/air separator when the pressure difference is at 0.17bar -0.2bar. The MANN oil/air separator can guarantee the content of oil in the exhaust air is 1-3ppm. The service life is 3000-8000 hours. |
The filtering efficiency of the single oil filter is 99% for the particulates larger than 30μm and 50% for the particulates larger than 12μm. To protect the oil system, it is secured with bypass valve and some also with check valve. Usually it is suggested to replace the oil when the pressure difference is at 1.8bar. The maximum operating temperature is 120 ℃. The maximum working pressure is 14bar for W-TYPE and 25bar for WD-TYPE. |
